1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OHC Command ("the Service"), operated by Dr. Karthikayan ("we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OHC Command is a cloud-based Occupational Health Centre management platform that provides tools for clinical consultations, pharmacy management, injury tracking, compliance reporting, and workforce health analytics.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, your organisation must register for an account. You are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete registration information
Maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data
Interfere with or disrupt the Service infrastructure
Upload malicious code or attempt to exploit vulnerabilities
Sublicense, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission

5. Data Ownership

You retain all rights to your data. We do not claim ownership of any clinical records, employee data, or reports you create using the Service. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

6. Data Protection

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Firebase Authentication with encrypted credentials
Tenant-isolated database access (Firestore security rules)
Data encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
Role-based access control (5 roles)
Automated daily backups

You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable health data regulations, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023).

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance with reasonable notice. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Subscription & Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Non-payment may result in account suspension.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

Your data remains accessible for 30 days
You may export your data in CSV/Excel format before the retention period ends
After 30 days, your data will be permanently deleted

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third party's rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
